Welcome to Your PRO Onboarding & MSA Discovery

Thank you for partnering with PRO Software Solutions. The answers you give in this discovery survey will be used to build the final Master Service Agreement (MSA) and to tailor your quote and implementation plan to your business.

This survey follows the structure of our MSA: company profile, site pre-visit, project plan, data migration, system configuration, training, user acceptance testing, go-live, and long-term licensing. The more detail you can provide, the more accurate your MSA pricing and quote will be.

One survey per site. If you are bringing multiple sites or branches onto PRO, please complete one survey per site so we can scope each properly.
